Last September 1, 2023, multiple Bacolod City-based NGOs were allocated funds from the Bacolod City Mayor, together with the Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD). NORFI was among the beneficiaries.
Receiving the subsidy for NORFI is Dr. Carmencita Sarrosa, board member, with Lucilyn Semillano, NORFI Administrator, and Khrys Anne Bicar, Assistant Administrator and Bookkeeper.
Once again, thank you very much to Mayor Albee Benitez for his continuous support of the programs and services of NORFI.
