Occupational Therapy

The aim of occupational therapy is to help people to live their lives more independently. Occupational therapists can help, for instance, if you have limited use of your hand or arm due to a medical condition. They may recommend various exercises or activities, offer you advice, or suggest changing certain things in your everyday life. (National Library of Medicine, 2020)
