To render better service to its clients, NORFI built the Negros Occidental Rehabilitation Center (NORC) in Bacolod City in 1982. The Foundation’s programs and services are carried out in this center.
A disabled indigent can avail of quality medical rehabilitative care being offered at the NORC by a medical director and backed up by a qualified team of doctors and rehabilitation workers.
The Negros Occidental Rehabilitation Center offers the following services:
- Physiatric Evaluation, Diagnosis,, and Treatment
- Psychiatric Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Treatment
- Neurologic Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Treatment
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Orthotic/Prosthetic Shop
For those who have vision and hearing concerns, a referral can also be made to the EYE hEAR Foundation.
