With the said diagnosis, treatments can be recommended.
Psychoeducation is then also provided:

- information on illness
- how long the patient should be taking the medication
- recommended activities
- food/drink to avoid
- exercise recommendations
Opinions on whether the patient can return to work, school, etc., or if they should focus on other activities or part time jobs first
->leading to slowly getting patients back to their previous working function
Also does follow ups, assess response to treatments and symptom remissions, medication side effects, additional recommendations, reassurance, assess need for change of medication
